OfflineAt first, you have to open the team dialouge (usually you have to press [M] if you didn't changed the team key).
Then you have to press numbers...
You'll see them on the screen.
P.S.: I recommend auto selection.

1= Terrorist
2= Counter-Terrorist
5= Auto assign
6= Spectator
To join T- M --> 1 --> 5
To join CT- M --> 2 --> 5
To Auto assign (pick by itself) M --> 5 --> 5
To be a Spectator- M --> 6
I spelled everything correctly so you should understand easy.
switch = change
just press m, read what it says and press the corresponding numeric keys
