Hi guys, I think some of you know game "Shards of war", apparently it is very close in appearance to CS2D, so I want to suggest to make a similar mod, but before that I want to create a pool about it.

I'll do this mod as my file cs2d Quake 2D Arena - all resources of mod uses a separate folder, so as not to spoil users files of main client. So you can install it and dont be worry about standart game, there 2 links for start cs2d or mod.
Its basis is relatively simple - because it is team deathmatch (as it is in original game)
The rest of most scripts know everything:
Like as rocket turrets, superhero, infinite ammo, ... so on.

The main burden is only on visual part.

It's bad that in CS2D does not exists hooks of PRESSING and REALIZE buttons.. Will be better for make an animated images..

Don't get me wrong, they all look amazing but wouldn't it be better to finish them instead of starting new ones? Or is there a major reason why you cannot continue developing them?

As you can see (LINK) i can pay 10-30$/€ for map but there is no normal mapper for do it.

Most of the maps are nonstandard.
I agree to share most resources (images, sounds, tiles) to create it, but I'm willing to work only with those who can show me basis(template) of started map with using its own or standart tiles.

For example user XoOt: tried to start to create one map for me, but then gave up and not even creating a basis (template).

What you will do at the start, making sprites or what?
