you can often get subdomains like name.bla.tld for free though.

There is also awardspace, free0host, bravenet, 50webs and many more. But I recommend these personally.


He meant free domain (those short ones that look "professional") not free hosting/website creation...
Duh, those sites I recommended has that too if you pay attention and look closer in detail to what the site offers you. I'm pretty sure some of them do. Awardspace infact offers a free domain.
