Oh well... YouTube doesn't give a shit.
YouTube deletes videos that shouldn't be for stupid reasons and doesn't delete others that infringe their ToS like copyright infringement and porn (well, search for GTA IV Hookers, GTA IV sex, hookers and you'll find real/cartoon stuff).
