Playstation`s makers are honest too - they said that xbox has better online-possibilites but they give a minus for xbox cause live costs.
This wil eventually lead to:
1.Xbox makes live free.
2.Sony makes ps3`s online-services better.
You don`t hear anything like that from xbox-makers do you?
Ps3:
No "Ring of death" 
Free network. Really stable gaming. More expensive than xbox --> better quality-console. Blu-ray-disks. Playstation EyE. Compatible with psp. No battery controllers. Good graphics. The new TV-thingy.*****
No "Party-system". Not so much memory. No "Modding" avaible. No Conker or L4D

Lots of Ghz`s. Lots of memory. Nice network-features. You can mod games a bit (Although this is bad too --> hackers).*****
Battery-controllers. DvD-disks. Pay-2-Play live. No LBP. Ring of death.***************************
I can`t say which of the controllers are better - That`s how you like it.
And I wish that they`d stop making games Ps3 or Xbox only
