I need the help of any moderador or even DarkCorner to ban a hacker, but you will say to read FAQ... The owner of the server never banned at least 1 hacker.
I used hacks in C-4, Speed and Aimbot, And a Free Player that never used hacks reported me, and now look me... now I'm banned and I only play without usgn, just for fun to remember old maps, when I enter in cs2d. So I just think is unfair you get a ban, never play with usgn again, but when you want some fun before cs2d ends, It has a hacker to ruin it.
