what to take for breakfast?
39 repliesFor the first food won't play a bigger role just by eating more, a good nights sleep is the best for that. Also try to keep a routine. For the latter eat spaghetti or other pasta like foods. And eat it a lot, you'll gain more muscle weight faster and lose weight by doing so. This being so if you actually work out or do a heavy sport such as rugby or American football. Without this you'll just gain weight.

Idk if you got them in your country but i like "effect" its not too sweet and it'll give you enough energy.

Ye. Already the imagination makes me feel sick. No idea why. I never eat something for breakfast. However i really drink a lot.


Just down two or three. If you smoke, I recommend you eat something otherwise you'll be spending a load of time on the toilet.
Coffee is what makes me not hate everyone in the morning. But it takes a while before you feel awake.

Mh not really. I smoke every time after i get up and never had any problems. Ofc i dont eat anything before. I know its not healthy at all but i cant just force myself to eat anything in the morning... or to quit smoking.

Result: eat your normal breakfast but add something like candy or fruits.

Yates: its still the best way to force your body to take a massive shiat in the morning.

Better don't force it too hard. You can die from pushing too hard.

Guess thats not the way you want to die.

edit: well thats a way to stop a conversation.

So thing is to eat some sugar more like chocolate bars, some little candys. Might be help me. How about soft drinks? Should i drink just water?
