Or there are some people that play CC but in offline mode, anyway i played this game (since 2012) but now i stopped to play this game.

Unfortunately the server list is always empty unless if some people are playing together like user ohaz mentioned before..
If you want to play with someone just ask your friends or any occasional player you find, that's how it works around here
