the server time just equals the time in Germany (since the server is standing in Germany). it won't help you if you want to play with someone in Russia...you can setup two additional clocks in win 7 for example. I think that's a better solution.. or do you expect me to list all timezones at this website?!

You're missing the point. Because of those imaginary little things called "time zones" two people from different countries will not see the same time on their computers.
However, servers are in a fixed location therefore the same time stamp is sent to both clients.
That doesn't work for time gathered with javascript or massive websites which balance the load with nearest server to your location.
Then don't join Turkish servers or just don't join RPG servers in general.
