you normally rent a server if you want to have one. right: for money!
Note: It loads your server.cfg in "sys" so remember to set a rcon password (sv_rcon).
Apache uwu has writtenDownload the dedicated software here...choose from either linux or windows, then drag the file into your cs2d directory. Then open the file and you have a dedicated server.
