But with highest rated files? I think it would be awesome.

Great idea but it would take time from other projects, if DC is involved.

That's why I mentioned the committee - it will take most of the work, only the approval and the signature is needed from DC. Nothing too hard.
You've got my vote.

could be hard to find a fair and really(!) neutral team of active judges.
Let the mods judge then ;)!
I am neutral. Really.

No, especially you aren't.

How can you tell?

Yea. He is.
What about me? xP
Hopefully you will flame alot.

It is, of course, going to be bigger for it to be able to be printed on album paper.
Lol?
certificate has written
This is an acknowledgement that John Smith has been chosen as the author of the Best Mod of the Month in July 2011 by the version of the jury.
What I'd change:
This is an acknowledgement that John Smith has been chosen as the author of the Best Mod of the Month [leave away the "in"] July 2011 by [leave away the "version of"] the [whatever the jury is called comes here] jury.
And maybe change the "2011" in the Gold to "Best Mod f the Month", and also the line under the Date, just write "Date" instead of "No 00001" , you can always add the number at the top or somewhere else.
Maybe you could also use a background related to the game (only a faint one, but for cs2d the title guys, for stranded the Insland with the two palms and for CC the logo that it has (can't remeber what that was)).
Well, I wrote 'in' there because it was acknowledged the best mod of the month in July 2011.
2011 in the bottom field is the receipt date.
The number has to be there anyhow because any certificate has an ID in the database, but I agree that it has to be moved and changed with the 'Date' word.
We'll see about the background - right now I want to collect all the suggestions.

Or me!

But seriously, are we going to have to put out our addresses just to get this certificate thingy?

You can as well ask to use the nickname for the certificate if you do not want to disclose your real name.

I'll change the field names and stuff later.
