And btw, why do you okes all want to be mods? Don't you think the fun would be sapped out of visiting Us.de because of the work?( this, plus asking to be a mod wouldn't really improve one's view of a person, IMHO. )
Why not? This guy live there 5 years, haven`t any rule violations (or change rules to legal his violations), he got good activity and good english speaking. Also he know german lang.
